FlyerCraft is built with privacy as a core principle. We believe your designs and creative work should remain private and under your complete control.

Data Collection & Storage

What We Collect

Nothing. FlyerCraft does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information or user data to our servers.

Where Your Data Lives

• Your Browser Only: All your flyer designs, templates, and work are stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB
• No Server Storage: We do not have servers that store user designs or personal information
• No User Accounts: FlyerCraft does not require registration, login, or user accounts

How Your Data is Handled

Design Storage

• Local-First: Your designs are automatically saved to your browser's IndexedDB every 30 seconds
• User-Controlled: You can clear your design history at any time using the "Clear All" button
• Device-Specific: Your designs are only accessible on the device and browser where you created them
• No Cloud Sync: Designs are not synchronized across devices or backed up to any cloud service

Sharing Designs

• URL-Based Sharing: When you click "Share", your design is encoded into a URL that you can copy
• No Server Upload: The design data stays in the URL - nothing is uploaded to our servers
• Recipient Access: Anyone with the share URL can view and edit the design, but it's not stored on our servers

Export Functionality

• Client-Side Only: All export operations (PNG, JPEG, PDF) happen entirely in your browser
• No Server Processing: Your designs are never uploaded to our servers for export processing
• Direct Download: Exported files are generated and downloaded directly from your browser

Third-Party Services

Google Fonts

• Purpose: Loading custom fonts for text elements in your designs
• Data Sent: Font name requests to Google Fonts API
• Privacy Policy: Google Fonts Privacy Policy
• Optional: Google Fonts are loaded on-demand only when you select them

No Analytics or Tracking

• No Google Analytics: We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics service
• No Cookies: FlyerCraft does not use cookies for tracking or analytics
• No Advertising: We do not serve ads or use advertising tracking pixels

Your Rights & Control

Data Retention

• Indefinite Local Storage: Designs remain in your browser until you clear them or clear your browser data
• Automatic Limit: Only the 50 most recent designs are kept to manage storage space
• User Deletion: You can delete individual designs or clear all history at any time

Data Portability

• Export Anytime: You can export your designs as PNG, JPEG, or PDF files at any time
• Share URLs: You can create shareable URLs to transfer designs between devices or share with others
• No Vendor Lock-In: Your exported files are standard formats that work anywhere

Browser Data

• Clear Browser Data: You can clear all FlyerCraft data by clearing your browser's IndexedDB storage
• Browser Controls: Use your browser's privacy settings to manage local storage

Security

Client-Side Security

• No Server Vulnerabilities: Since we don't store your data, there's no server-side data breach risk
• HTTPS Only: FlyerCraft is served over HTTPS to protect data in transit
• Local Encryption: Your browser's IndexedDB provides built-in encryption for stored data

Share URL Security

• URL-Based Access: Anyone with a share URL can access the design
• No Password Protection: Share URLs are not password-protected
• Best Practice: Only share URLs with people you trust

Children's Privacy

FlyerCraft does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since we don't collect any data at all, the service can be safely used by children with parental supervision.

Compliance

FlyerCraft's privacy-first architecture means we automatically comply with major privacy regulations including:

Since we don't collect personal data, there's no data to request, delete, or port under these regulations.
